ntire period for which room is reserved.deposit is applied
to last night of reservation. ALL credit card reservation
s will be charged one night at time reservations are made.
refund of advance deposit resulting from cancellation of
reservation will be subject to a 20.00 USD service charge
. reservations must be canceled 21 days before check-in. a
bsolutely no refund of deposit if reservation is not cance
led by the above specified time. ALL rates subject to loc
al and state tax. if upon your arrival you refuse to stay
/ your deposit will be forfeited. personal checks are not
