advance deposit of one nights rate/ plus tax is required f
or each room reserved. deposits are due within 10 days of
date reservation is made. personal checks are accepted if
received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. if deposi
t is made less than 30 days prior to arrival/ money order
or a certified check. guests are expected to stay for the
entire period for which room is reserved. deposit is appli
ed to last night of reservation. ALL credit card reservati
ons will be charged one night at time reservations are mad
e. refund of advance deposit resulting from cancellation
of reservation will be subject to a 20.00 USD service char
ge. reservations must be canceled 21 days before check-in.
